Hearts at Home

This weekend I was able to attend a wonderful event called "Hearts at Home". I had no idea what I was in for! This conference was for "mommies" and was held in Bloomington, IL. Over 4500 moms gathered to soak in Biblical advice on mommyhood. there was drama, comedy, great worship and dynamic speakers. All these women flowed with such wisdom...I feverishly took notes and couldn't write fast enough. i couldn't wait to get home and practice what I had learned. I was introduced to great resources...websites, books, band-aids with verses on them, and so much more!!! I am still overflowing with excitement...it is 1:53 am and I have a 4, 2 and 1 yr old that will get up in about 5 hours. SO I need to start settling myself down so I can be rested and be the best mommy i can be. One of my favorite quotes this weekend "Work like it's all up to me, but Pray KNOWING it's all up to God!"
